-Attended Seton Hall 1987-1991 then onto LIFE Chiropractic College in Marietta, Georgia
-Interned with Dr. Goble, leading Gonstead doctor in Indiana
-Open private practice in Point Pleasant Beach in 1997
-Dr. Frank joined the practice in 2000
-During years at LIFE she was a senior intern as well as the President of the Senior interns
-Coached Varsity high school cheerleading at Point Pleasant Beach for 7 years
- Married for over 10 years with 2 children

- Graduated LIFE in 1995. While attending LIFE, Dr. Frank was President of the Gonstead club and Interclub Council.
-Attended numerous Gonstead seminars at Mount Horeb, Wisconsin
-Opened a private practice in Toms River, then merged Sea Coast in 2000
-Head soccer coach of U-1o Kahunas soccer club
